Orders & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in USD and may change without prior notice
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse
- In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order
Intellectual Property
All content on zivaro.ch — including images, text, logos and branding — is the exclusive property of Zivaro. Reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Zivaro is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers or natural events
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Damage caused by improper use or care of the product
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved under Swiss jurisdiction.
