SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, along with a tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times

These timeframes are given as estimates and may vary depending on customs conditions, peak periods (holidays, sales) and carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country. Free shipping may be offered above a certain order amount depending on current promotions.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your parcel directly via the link provided. If your tracking has not been updated within 5 business days after shipment, contact us at support@zivaro.ch.
Customs & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Zivaro cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If your parcel has not arrived within the indicated timeframes or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@zivaro.ch within 30 days of the shipment date
- Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged parcel
- We will open a claim with the carrier and offer you a solution (reshipping or refund)
